The Hypnobirthing Course is a full antenatal course with lots extra! There are many benefits including :

- Your birth companion will have a role at birth, making the experience a shared one; they will not be standing around like a spare part! (Although if you do not have a birth partner this is of course fine too. Not everyone has a birth partner or attends with one).
